THE
GOLD'NKRACKLE STORY
Gold'nKrackle,
or "Krackle Bread"as it is widely called, is made from
an old Mediterranaen family recipe that dates back many generations.
The special blend of pita bread flours and flavorful toppings were
modified and developed for today's modern tastes and introduced
to the public in early 1992 in West Palm Beach, Florida. The new
and distinctive taste of the product, combined with its nutritionally
healthy features, won immediate appeal and customer acceptance.
In
May 1995 a new company was formed dedicated to making Gold'nKrackle,
and was relocated to a new, larger facility. Today the product is
being shipped by the case to individuals all over the country who
fell in love with the product while vacationing in Florida. Many
of these customers introduced Gold'nKrackle to their local
food stores who are now purchasing it direct from the company or
local distributors. Even though we are selling our product in 30
states, we have only scratched the surface. We are continuing to
take on new brokers and distributors as we grow to national distribution.
In those areas where our product is not yet available we offer our
Gold'nKrackle "addicts" the ability to order directly
by phone or e-mail.
Through
the urgings of our Natural Food enthusiasts we now produce the product
with unbleached flour and no preservatives which makes the product
even healthier than our original without a loss in taste. We have
received many calls from customers on Weight Watcher's or health
diets thanking us for producing a tasty snack food they can still
enjoy and stay within the limits of their diet. Natural food stores
are getting tremendous response from Gold'nKrackle and, as
a result, we are rapidly adding more of these stores to our customer
list. To further this facet of our business we now offer a line
made of stone ground whole wheat to make our product even more wholesome
for the health conscious. We accept special orders for this variety.
